It feels good to win. The recent win in Connecticut has us optimistic for the rest of the Northeast (yes, New York, that means you).  Now just for the Governor to sign.  But, heck, when has that ever been a problem?

We need to give a huge chunk of credit to our good friends Chris Phelps at Environment Connecticut and Roger Smith at Clean Water Action.

This is going to be a massive effort on implementation.  And we’ll be there to help.  But for now we send our hearty congrats to our friends in the nutmeg state and thank them for their dedication to making 2011 a solar heaven.
