Solar Sustainers
Who are Solar Sustainers?
Solar Sustainers are Vote Solar’s dedicated donors that make a recurring, monthly contribution to our work. These supporters know that a monthly gift gives Vote Solar increased financial stability, and the opportunity for better long-term planning and resource allocation. Additionally, many of our Solar Sustainers value the convenience and consistency of a recurring donation. What all of these people have in common is that they believe in access to affordable, reliable, and sustainable energy.
Why should I join?
Solar Sustainers help Vote Solar drive the transition to a 100% clean energy future. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, Vote Solar relies on people power and individual donors to propel our work forward, which means that your monthly gift is vital for advancing solar across the country. In addition to making a big impact for clean energy, Solar Sustainers will get early access to a selection of our reports and publications. As a token of our appreciation, you can also expect to receive a small piece of Vote Solar merch when you make your first monthly gift.
Power Partners
Who are Power Partners?
Power Partners are some of Vote Solar’s most generous supporters. These donors give at least $500 each calendar year (January through December), making a significant investment in our work and towards a just world powered by the sun. This level of support allows us to tackle the most urgent energy battles across the country, advocating for the programs and policies that will revolutionize our energy grid.
Why should I join?
Power Partners help Vote Solar grow our impact by ensuring that we have the necessary resources to keep fighting for solar. We view our Power Partners as just that – powerful partners of our team – and aim to keep them as involved in our work as possible. We do this by extending exclusive invitations to Vote Solar’s quarterly policy sessions, offering early access to our publications, and individualized access to our staff by request. Power Partners aren’t just donors – they’re crucial stakeholders in the clean energy transition.
