Brad Heusinkveld

Regulatory Director, Interior West

Brad manages regulatory projects to advance clean energy policy and public access in the Interior West.

He previously worked as Energy and Regulatory Counsel for the Idaho Conservation League where he represented public interests in utility proceedings, legislative sessions, and public venues. While at Idaho Conservation League, Brad advocated in general rate cases and distributed energy resource dockets, managed multi-stakeholder coalitions, and was a representative on energy efficiency and integrated resource planning panels.

Before law school, he worked as a chemist for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Region 10 Emergency Response Program and with a hydrogeology group in New Mexico.

Brad holds a degree in Chemistry and earned his J.D., from Lewis & Clark Law School. He is a member of the Idaho and Oregon State Bars.

Brad is based in Boise, Idaho, and in his free time he plays a lot of cribbage.
