We just hosted a webinar with Jim Kennerly of the North Carolina Clean Energy Technology Center. Jim presented on his recent paper: Rethinking Standby and Fixed Cost Charges: Regulatory and Rate Design Pathways to Deeper Solar Cost Reductions.
