Rachel Goforth

Grants Manager

Rachel joined Vote Solar’s Philanthropy Team as Grants Manager in January 2024. She is passionate about using data and storytelling to help organizations illustrate their impact, build relationships, and empower the communities they serve. Rachel has a decade of experience working in fundraising and communications for a variety of nonprofits, from local community organizations to international NGOs.

Based in Cleveland, Ohio, Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from Ohio University. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, learning new recipes and languages, and being outdoors. She loves to travel and has visited more than 30 countries to date.
