Talent and Culture Coordinator Coordinator

Adrena Lambert is the Talent and Culture Coordinator at Vote Solar where she supports in hiring, onboarding, the development of new processes and policies, community engagement and key initiatives such as performance management and DEIJ.

Prior to joining Vote Solar, Adrena led full-cycle in-house recruitment and supported operational work at a public relations agency in New York. She is excited to continue her work in fostering workplace community and connecting individuals to their dream role at Vote Solar.

Adrena is a proud New Yorker, born and raised, and graduated from the City College of New York with a B.A. in Political Science. In her free time, she loves spending time with family and friends, taking spin classes and reading fiction.
