Ciara Meeks (she/her)

Manager, Regulatory Research + Knowledge Management

Ciara Meeks is the Manager of Regulatory Research and Knowledge Management at Vote Solar where she supports the organization’s document management and regulatory research. Ciara brings over 10 years of experience producing research and cataloging for law firms and public libraries. Prior to joining Vote Solar, Ciara was a research librarian at McGuireWoods and Robinson Bradshaw. She started her career in a local library branch.

Ciara holds a master’s degree in Library and Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from Davidson College. She is based in Charlotte, NC where she enjoys gardening, hiking, and visiting the Blue Ridge Mountains.
