Lindsey Hallock

Deputy Program Director, Southeast

Lindsey is the Southeast’s Deputy Program Director at Vote Solar. Prior to this role, she was the Director of Public and Environmental Policy at Cape Fear Public Utility Authority, where she led the organization’s efforts on rate equity and affordability initiatives and on planning for climate change.

Lindsey has a Masters Degree in Agrarian and Environmental Studies, and has previously worked for the policy think tank Frontier Group and in the U.S. House of Representatives. She lives in Wilmington, North Carolina with her husband and daughter.
