Yara Marin
Regional Director, Interior West
Yara Marin is the Interior West Regional Director for Vote Solar. She graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science in Family and Human Development and earned her Masters degree in Public Administration with an emphasis in Public Policy and Government from Grand Canyon University.
Yara brings years of experience in community organizing, and comprehensive political and civic engagement efforts. She has also led substantial local, state, and federal campaigns around democracy, voting rights, immigration and environmental justice centered on amplifying the voices of BIPOC communities. Yara is committed to ensuring we combat environmental injustice to advance policies for a healthier and more equitable society by creating a clean energy culture reflective and inclusive of all communities.
She is excited to continue advocating to achieve an equitable pathway towards a 100% clean energy future for all with Vote Solar!
